Selling your Home
What are the seller's obligations?
The seller is obligated to inform of restrictions or charges related to the home to sell if it is not already registered. At the Land Registry the seller must also make mention of known (not visible) structural defects. If after sales shows that a home has serious defects that were not visible at a viewing, then the buyer may claim compensation.
In order to sell a property, the seller must prove that he is the rightful owner of the property. The deed of transfer and identification must be therefore submitted.
What is the best marketing strategy?
